Rental Hall Prices:
January through October

Fridays
$2000 plus sales tax (7%)
Down payment to reserve $1000

Saturdays
$2800 plus sales tax (7%)
Down payment to reserve $1400

Weekdays and Sundays
$1400 plus sales tax (7%)
Down payment to Reserve $700

Rental Hall Prices:
November and December (in season)

Fridays
$2800 plus sales tax (7%)
Down payment to reserve $1400

Saturdays
$3200 plus sales tax (7%)
Down payment to reserve $1600

Weekdays and Sundays
$1400 plus sales tax (7%)
Down payment to Reserve $700

Additional Damage Deposit of $500 is required for every rental and is refundable after your event has taken place.

Please note: these prices do not apply for certain holidays, weekdays & seasons
Prices quoted are for each Hall rented separately. Please inquire as you can rent both halls together!

Facilities:

Available 4 hours before your event until 1:30 AM
Perfect to hold wedding receptions, wedding ceremonies, corporate social events, parties, elegant dinners.
Kitchens with separate bar area.
Tables and Chairs ARE included in your rental

NOT included*:

Catering
Linens
Decorations
Flowers
Dishes/Glassware
Etc.
